It’s the start of the new financial year, and while you’ve been busy setting goals for the year ahead, state governments have released a number of exciting new programs and grants to give your small business a much-needed boost. At Business Fuel, we’ve compiled a state by state list of what we consider to be the best of the lot. See below.

Queensland

Back to Work South East Queensland

Provides businesses in South East Queensland with payments of up to $20,000 when they employ long-term unemployed, youth and mature aged workers. Click here to find out more.

Bin Trim Rebates Program

Provides small to medium sized businesses in NSW with reimbursements of between $1,000 and $50,000 to cover up to 50% of capital costs to install the small-scale recycling equipment needed to increase workplace recycling. Click here to find out more.

The South Australian Government is currently reviewing all business grants, and as a result, aren’t providing any stimulus to S.A small business presently. However, this is expected to change shortly.
